1. Installation Standards
- Standard installation covers heights < 3.3m. High-ceiling works (3.3m–5m) incur a $50–$150 surcharge.
- 15m PVC conduit cabling included per camera. Additional cabling at $50 per 5m.
- Complicated concealed wiring: Quoted on-site (Est. $50–$100/unit).
2. Warranty & Cyber-Liability
- Hardware: 12-month standard defect warranty (Carry-in).
- Service Calls: $130 Transport + $50/hr Labour.
- Network Disclaimer: Lion Securisia is not liable for service disruptions caused by ISP downtime, customer-end router resets, or third-party server (App) outages.
- Cybersecurity: Customers are responsible for changing default passwords post-handover. Lion Securisia is not liable for breaches due to weak credentials or unsecured local networks.
3. Deposits & Cancellations
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking.
- Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance, or a $80 admin fee applies.

Mandatory Data Breach Notification: In accordance with the 2026 PDPA amendments, Lion Securisia Engineering will notify the PDPC and affected individuals within 3 calendar days of identifying a "Notifiable Data Breach."
1. Biometric & Video Data
For clients utilizing AI-enabled surveillance (Facial Recognition, People Counting, or Heatmapping), Lion Securisia acts as a Data Processor. We ensure that all video data stored on local NVRs or Cloud Servers is encrypted (AES-256 standard). Processing of such data is strictly for the security purposes defined in your service contract.
2. Data Collection & Usage
We collect Personal Data (Names, Installation Addresses, IP Addresses) solely for:
- System configuration and remote viewing setup.
- Warranty verification and maintenance tracking.
- Regulatory compliance with the Private Security Industry Act (Singapore).
3. Data Protection Officer (DPO)
For access requests or data withdrawal, contact our DPO at hello@lionsecurisia.com.sg. We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within 21 business days.
