Terms & Conditions

All packages come with:

• One Time Installation in Single Storey HDB flat, Retail Shop/office with height less then 3m. Additional $50- $150 applied for high celling more than 3m.
• 15m cable provided per camera, cabling done using white PVC conduit cable casing. Additional $50- $100 per camera may be charged for complicated concealed wiring. Extra cable + PVC white cable casing are chargeable at $50 per 5m.
• One Time User Training.
• 12 months standard hardware defect warranty for all hardware purchased.
• 12 months Carry in Warranty unless otherwise stated, for on-site $130 will be charged for transportation.
• $160 setup fee will be charged for remote viewing*
• Remote viewing package are inclusive of 2 years personal domain hosting eg. myhome.dyndns.org etc.

*Remote viewing setup come with 2 weeks warranty. Lion Securisia Engineering will not be liable for any connection downtime after the warranty period once the 1st connection had been established...

A broadband connection & compatible router with DDNS port forwarding is required for remote viewing connection to be established.

Service call charges are:

• $130 transport charges
• $50 onwards labour charges for any servicing

50% Upfront Deposit will be collected upon booking

Installation Slot are based on first come first serve basis:

• Slot 1 : 10am -1pm
• Slot 2 : 2pm - 5pm
• Slot 3 : 6pm - 8pm (Non- Drilling) *surcharge applicable
• Slot 4 : 10am - 1pm (SAT)

*However due to some unforeseen circumstances / complications of works, delays in timing may be experienced.

Promotion is subjected to first-come-first serve basis and while stocks last. Lion Securisia Engineering reserves the right to revise terms and conditions of promotion or replace/ withdraw promotional offer without prior notice. In case of dispute, Lion Securisia Engineering' decision is final.
