Return & Refund Policy
At Lion Securisia Engineering, we ensure that our security solutions meet the highest standards. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds, keeping in line with the Singapore Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
* Please note that 50% Upfront Deposit collected upon booking is non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled installation slot.
1. Hardware Warranty & Returns
- 12 Months Standard Warranty: All hardware purchased comes with a 12-month standard hardware defect warranty.
- Carry-in Service: Warranty is carry-in unless otherwise stated. For on-site servicing, a $130 transport charge applies.
- Defective Items: Items found to be defective within 7 days of installation will be eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange.
- Change of Mind: Hardware must be in original, unopened packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
2. Non-Refundable Services
- Installation & Cabling: Charges for labor, PVC conduit, and cabling are strictly non-refundable once the work has been completed.
- Remote Viewing: Setup fees for remote viewing ($160) are non-refundable once the connection has been established.
- Custom Works: Complicated concealed wiring or height-specific installations (above 3.3m) are custom services and cannot be refunded.
